Once you browse the Products Page , you will need to Contact Us to place an order. You can email or fax us a Purchase Order, or email us your company contact and shipping information along with your order. We will promptly quote a shipping cost and email you an invoice with payment instructions.
We generally accept bank wire transfer and cashier's check. We cannot accept credit card payments directly due to the high transaction fees and potential fraud.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We can arrange for shipping and give you a competitive freight quote via insured air freight with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT and others. We can also arrange for product to be picked up by your freight forwarder if you have a preferred shipper. In some cases, we can bill your shipper account directly.
In order to offer you the lowest prices upfront, we do not drop ship to end users. However, our minimum purchase requirements are low so you don't have to hold too much inventory.
You should be a registered business with a valid re-sale license from your state/country. We may require a copy of this prior to your first purchase. You need to contact your state's Tax Assessor or Secretary of State for more information about registering your business.
All products we sell are top quality and covered under an end-user warranty, either by the manufacturer or by the distributor. We can assist you in getting product repaired/ replaced under warranty should you have any difficulty post-sale.

In some cases, we can sell smaller than the minimum quantity for a particular item. Sometimes, the minimum order requirement is for a brand, not just the specific model so you can get various models of the same brand to meet the minimum. Samples may be available at a higher price, depending on the item.
Our products are priced competitively, usually with the lowest price offered up-front. We may be able to offer a slightly better price per unit if you are buying a significantly higher quantity so please inquire prior to purchasing.
Products that have manufacturer warranties are serviced directly by us. We will offer you full 12 months manufacturing warranty. Products can be repaired /replaced and usually RMAs have to go through us first.
In most cases, when a product is sold out, it will become available again in the near future. Products that are labeled "Temporarily Sold Out" should be re-stocked so check back often.
We have access to many more products than what is listed on our site. If you are looking for something in particular, let us know and we will quote you a price. We have access to a full range of name brand new and refurbished electronics including many items not listed on the Products page.
Product will ship out within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Usually, it will ship out the same day or next day and will take up to 5 business days to receive, depending on your location. For export shipments, it may take a little longer to receive the shipment, usually 7-10 days. Tracking numbers will be provided to you as soon as they are available.
