JOB DESCRIPTION:
  Responsible for driving sales and ROI (acquisition and retention) from marketing programs by developing strategy, execution and improvements on all digital marketing activities including PPC, SEO. Display and affiliate with a focus on improving acquisition metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS and conversion rates.
  Effectively executes digital PPC, Display and Affiliate programs through collaborative agency partnerships, tracking, competitive research and pushing innovation hard to test new and emerging channels.
  Manages ad content, messaging, coupon offer execution and coordinating communications and analytics between cross-functional partners and external vendor partners. Also, as the lead online team member, current duties include some upload and integration tasks within our e-commerce platform.
  Manages and executes all online product recommendation programs and 3rd party relationships, reporting and enhancements.
  Aggregates, reports and develops actionable recommendations on digital platform.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  Minimum: 3+ years Online SEM / PPC / SEO/ Affiliate Marketing/Display or Retargeting experience. Experience building analytical models using customer acquisition, repeat, A/B testing and churn assumptions to support a large and growing retail operation. Experience executing online marketing campaigns from development / execution / campaign analysis. Proficiency using and interpreting CoreMetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics, or other web analytic platforms. Experience with affiliate Marketing platforms such as Commission Junction or Link Share desired. Budget planning, forecasting and reconciliation experience. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, privacy and legal best practices.
  Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree required with a strong preference for Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Major.
  Preferred: MBA.
