Job responsibilities: | JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing and coordinating all aspects of 10-15 trade shows per year Defining, executing and monitoring our marketing plans for each conference Coordinating deadlines and logistics for all conferences and events, including negotiating sponsorships, shipping, rentals and labor Creating promotional materials and correspondence to publicize our attendance at the event Researching, evaluating, and recommending conferences related to core vertical markets Driving post-event follow up efforts from marketing, including collecting leads and sending nurturing emails Using quantitative measures to evaluate the success of conferences, employing Pardot and NetSuite Maintaining a list of Calls for Proposals for conferences, whether we attend or not Managing detailed budget for events and conferences providing quarterly analysis, review and optimization Creating unique ways to drive traffic to our booth at shows Organizing and keeping inventory of backdrops, banners, computers, brochures and other event materials Working closely with both marketing and sales throughout the event cycle CANDIDATE PROFILE: 2 years of marketing or event planning experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related subject, or commensurate experience Strong passion for excellence and a high level of initiative Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Project management capabilities Outstanding organizational skills High attention to detail Professional business presence and acumen Strong ability to multi-task with a results-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML or willingness to learn |
