JOB DESCRIPTION:
  Respond promptly to candidates/customers inquiries either by telephone and/or electronically
  Handle and resolve customer/candidate requests, questions, and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situation to determine best use of resource
  Knowledgeable of various client’s program and the role of other internal departments and able to provide information on behalf of external and internal policy and procedures
  Process credit card payment transactions/create profiles assist with online application requests
  Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource or appropriate personnel
  Record detail of inquiries, comments and complaints
  Follow-up on candidate interactions/unresolved issues
  Provide Information on how to navigate various client’s websites and online applications
  Troubleshoot and identify system errors and report them immediately to appropriate internal departments
  Able to adapt to various system changes
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  Associates Degree preferred but not required
  Customer service orientation
  1 – 3 years customer service experience
  Excellent communication skills –oral and written
  Interpersonal skills
  Listening skills
  Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  Attention to detail and accuracy
  Flexible
