JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Lead and drive company business growth by contribute to roadmap, manage product line strategy to secure the RoI of portfolio

　　Help portfolio director on roadmap definition, understand region market needs to drive the business plan

　　Investigate product specific customer, market segments, competitor, consumer needs, and technologies.

　　Define the strategy and roadmap for products portfolio.

　　Specify, develop and launch usage, revenue & customer experience.

　　Manage Product Managers to secure the success of products

　　Providing necessary support to Product Manager in terms of cross function team process, including sales region, CTS, business plan, product marketing, go to market, RD, sourcing, planning and even supply chain.

　　Maintain effective knowledge & best practice sharing within the P&S team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

　　Minimum 5 years experience in Product Development and the Consumer Electronic Business (Junior/Senior position)

　　2 years experience in team management with proven record.

　　Marketing and business background, engineering training must be associated with MBA

　　English fluent

　　Excellent ability to communicate & share ideas, excellent influencing and negotiating skills

　　Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills

　　Good understanding in industry technology and capable to drive technical teams

　　Ability to develop workable product solutions to address the strategic and marketing imperatives of the business

　　Teamwork oriented, effective and motivating team player
