JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Lead the accessory products definition process: Use Cases, Features, Experience, Business, Compatibility, Transition, etc.

　　Mentor Associate Product Managers in product definition, product lifecycle management, analytical decision-making and market research

　　Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Sales Planning, Marketing, Media and Brand) through the complete product development cycle

　　Manage tradeoffs involving features, schedule, cost, pricing, line/value positioning and early phase lifecycle management

　　Contribute to identifying strategic sales growth opportunities

　　Lead Design, Engineering and Program Management as necessary in the research and concept phases of product development

　　Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

　　Identify key feature opportunities for cameras and/or accessories

　　Document all phases of the product, Product brief, MRD, PRD and Strategy

　　Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for future products

　　Discern new product development opportunities while contributing to the development of the overall camera and camera accessories product line strategy

　　Collect global customer, partner and internal Cellularmega company requirements for future product development

　　Attain expert knowledge of competitive and 3 rd Party solutions and products

　　Participate in key vendor meetings for opportunity identification

　　Follow the Cellularmega Lifecycle development process

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

　　5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer electronics industries

　　BS/BA degree

　　Proven successful record with cradle to grave product management or similar track of project management

　　Experience writing clear and concise documents

　　Results and deadline driven

　　Detail oriented

　　Experience with Photo and Video camera related product is a plus

　　Extensive experience in multiple consumer electronic product categories

　　Experience with circuited, powered products, batteries & portable power banks

　　Passionate participant in action-sports segment is a plus

　　MS/MA/MBA preferred
