JOB DESCRIPTION:
  Gain deep understanding of ‘premium’ segment’ value chain, identify and quantify business opportunities in select countries for ‘Luceplan’ and ‘ Modular’.
  Enable markets to create, finalize and execute plans to drive ‘Premium Residential’ business.
  Give guidance on the GTM and market pricing strategy to the commercial teams.
  Establish WOW between BG and Markets on portfolio, sales, order fulfillment, project registration and other processes needed to establish the business line.
  Facilitate the commercial team to fulfill GTM & MIP execution.
  Support commercial teams in engaging the target market and building strong relationships with targeted HNW Specifies and Key Accounts.
  Provide technical support and training to market teams/clients.
  Facilitate availability of Marcom assets and kits to  market teams.
  Monitor Sales, Hit rate and IGM performance to continually push both market teams and BG to achieve growth plans.
  Continually track competition and trends in premium segment AND share with market teams/BG.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  Minimum 10 years experience in ‘premium/value added’ B2B and/or B2C business model.
  High entrepreneurial spirit and self starter.  Must be able to drive results and seek business entitlement with stakeholders across the organization. Strong influential skills.
  Familiar or with experience in dealing and communicating with designers and architects, organizing trade fairs, seminars.  Existing network of Architects, Specifies preferred.
  Good planning skills organized and structured to guide stakeholders in setting-up a new business.
  Strong communication and coordination skills to drive execution in both Business and Market.
  Ability to inspire effectively across functions with multiple stakeholders.
