Job responsibilities: | JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to Chief Financial Officer based in Shenzhen, you will be in charge of our accounting, treasury, taxation, internal control, and financial analysis activities of our operations in Greater China. In this role your responsibilities will include: Managing a large accounting team at multiple manufacturing, R&D, and Sales facilities. Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end group closing and consolidated reporting. Managing the treasury team in daily cash activities and cash forecast. Ensure compliance on all tax related matters: including CIT and VAT tax filing, computation, and other taxes. Maintain good relationship with respective tax bureaus and assist with tax planning to support the growth of the business. Managing overall budgeting and business performance management process including variance analysis, CAPEX, and Account Receivable Management . Drive Key Performacne Indicator (KPI) process. Responsible for coordinating with Internal and External auditors. Work ad-hoc projects to support cost saving and P&L improvement initiatives. CANDIDATE PROFILE: A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience in Greater China. Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance related major. CICPA or other equilivent certification is required. Working experience in leading large finance organization at wholely-owned foreign enterprise or joint-velue in China is preferred. Good working knowledge of rules and regulations governing accounting and taxation in PRC IFRS reporting experience is highly preferred. Experience with large ERP system is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a requirement. Strong communicator who is also self-driven for business and functional improvement. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley or other similar regulatory requirement is a plus. Have the maturity and experience to effectively working with senior management. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. |
